AGMOV Help Center and FrequentlyAsked Questions (FAQ)
1. Sales Process, Special Projects and Quotations
To ensure fast and efficient service, AGMOV offers three direct channels integrated with
our Commercial Engineering department:
• Technical Form on the Website: Go to the page of the desired equipment, click
“Request a Quote” and fill in the basic specifications of your operation.
• Corporate WhatsApp: Click the quick-service button to speak directly with a
sales consultant in real time.
• By Email: Send your request, including the list of items, required quantities,
company registration details and, if available, the technical scope of the project
to comercial@agmov.com.br.
Industrial purchasing tip: If your company uses an approved procurement platform,
such as Mercado Eletrônico or Nimbi, please inform our consultant so that we can
immediately begin the supplier registration process.
We understand that every facility layout and load-handling operation presents unique
challenges related to ergonomics and space. For this reason, we have a dedicated
Application Engineering team:
1. Briefing and Assessment: Our team holds a technical meeting to understand
the challenges of your operation, physical restrictions and required load
capacities.
2. Feasibility Study and 3D Modeling: We develop the conceptual design using
advanced CAD software and present a simulation for validation by your
Engineering and Occupational Health and Safety teams.
3. Prototyping and Testing: In specific cases, we manufacture functional
prototypes for field testing under real operating conditions before producing the
final batch.
4. Delivery and Commissioning: The final equipment is delivered with a technical
report signed by the responsible mechanical engineer.
2. Technical Compliance, Standards (NRs) and Safety
Yes. Regulatory compliance is a key principle in all our projects. Our equipment is
designed in accordance with the following guidelines:
• NR 11 (Transportation, Handling, Storage and Material Handling): We ensure
that mechanical load-support and handling devices have an appropriate safety
factor, clearly visible identification of the maximum working load and certified
structural strength.
• NR 17 (Ergonomics): Our Guiding Sticks, positioning tools and accessories are
designed to reduce excessive physical effort, minimize muscle fatigue, improve
working posture and help prevent repetitive strain injuries.
• NR 12 (Safety at Work with Machinery and Equipment): When integrated with
automated systems or industrial machinery, our devices comply with the
required safety distances and physical guarding requirements.
• Other Applicable Standards: Our products are also engineered with
consideration for the safety requirements of NR 18 (Construction), NR 22
(Mining), NR 29 (Port Operations), NR 34 (Shipbuilding and Repair) and NR 36
(Meat and Meat Processing Industry).
Guiding Sticks were developed to support the concept of Hands-Free Operations. By
using the Guiding Stick to guide and position suspended loads, the operator avoids
direct manual contact with the load, remaining away from the line of fire and the load’s
operating radius.
This helps prevent serious accidents involving pinching, crushing and cuts to limbs.
The Smart Sledgehammer was developed to address a significant occupational safety
and health challenge. It features an intelligent impact-absorption system thatsignificantly reduces the operator’s physical effort and the vibration transmitted to the
arms and joints during use, helping reduce the risk of ergonomic injuries.
3. Certificates, Documentation and Engineering Support
Yes. AGMOV is committed to transparency and to providing its customers with
appropriate technical documentation. Each equipment delivery is accompanied by its
respective Technical Dossier, which includes:
1. Safe Operation and Instruction Manual: A detailed manual in Portuguese
containing diagrams for correct use, angular limits, load capacity and a
preventive maintenance schedule.
2. Factory Certificate of Conformity: An official document confirming that the
equipment was manufactured and tested according to our engineering
standards.
3. Test Report (when applicable): A technical report covering load tests and other
tests performed on the product batch.
4. Maintenance, Service Life and Operational Care
To maximize service life and ensure the continued safety of operators, we recommend
the following maintenance plan:
• Pre-Use Inspection (Daily by the Operator): Visually inspect the equipment
body for cracks, visible plastic deformation, loose bolts or excessive wear on
moving parts. Remove oil or grease residues that could compromise grip and
ergonomic handling.
• Periodic Inspection (Quarterly by Maintenance or the Occupational Health
and Safety Team): Check the wear of tips, rubber components and polymer
materials. Verify that all mechanical connections are properly tightened
according to the torque specifications provided in the manual.•
• Annual Inspection (by a Qualified Professional): Perform a detailed structural
assessment and, when necessary, recertify the equipment to ensure that it
remains suitable for operation at full load.
Yes. Our equipment is designed with a modular approach. Components that are
subject to direct friction or contact with loads, such as smart tips (magnetic, U-type, T-
type, V-type, offshore and other models), ergonomic handles and wheel chock rubber
components, can be easily replaced without the need to discard the main body of the
product.
• Original replacement kits can be requested directly from our After-Sales
department at suporte@agmov.com.br.
5. Logistics, Billing, Warranty and After-Sales
All equipment manufactured by AGMOV is covered by a standard warranty against
defects in design, manufacturing or raw materials under normal operating conditions
and provided that proper maintenance is performed.
• Technical reports issued by our Engineering team assess each case individually
to determine warranty coverage.
• Warranty Exclusions: Damage resulting from intentional overloading, structural
modifications not authorized in writing by AGMOV, failure to perform the
preventive maintenance described in the manuals, or improper use for purposes
other than those for which the equipment was designed.
• Corporate Billing: We offer direct billing terms for registered companies
approved through our credit analysis process. Standard payment terms are
agreed individually during commercial negotiations.
• Freight Terms (FOB): Our sales are preferably conducted under FOB (Free on
Board) terms, under which transportation and cargo insurance are the buyer’s
responsibility. The customer selects their preferred carrier to collect the goods
from our manufacturing facility.•
• Tracking Support: Once billing is completed, our Shipping team provides all tax
documentation and cargo release information, assisting with coordination
between the customer and their selected carrier.
Do you still have an operational question or need a specific document?
